  Customer Service: 1 Star.  Very disappointing.  I ordered food to go.  I asked for a coke while I waited.  The bartender got the coke and took it to the bar.  I thought she was going to get me a glass with ice, but no she never brought it to me.  Very disappointing.
  Food:  This order was good.  I often think their food is too spicy for me, but this order was not.  We had:
  Posole - It had a good flavor.  The pork was fatty, but I kind of expect that.  My husband wished the meat had more spice.  I think everything about the posole was awesome.  .
  Huevos Rancheros - my husband liked it.  Note: his eggs were cooked hard.  He prefers them over easy, but no one asked how he wanted it cooked.
  Flautas Plate (Chicken) - Very good.
  They consistantly make the best beans and rice around.

  Fantastic restaurant....the food was amazing and the service was great. We got stuck due to the snow storm and this was the only restaurant open. They had no problem serving our large family while they were beginning to close. We appreciated their kindness!!! The enchiladas with the eggs on top are the best!!! Authentic Mexican food served hot and delicious!

  YUCKKKKKK THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING ! I ordered a beautiful looking fajita they model so much. When it arrived the steak tasted like something I have never tried in my life. I dont know what type of dead animal that was but I took 2 bites and spit it back out. The chicken looked like grilled worms. I never seen chicken in that shape so long and thin. This disgusting low grade cheese all over its honestly I wanted to throw up. Ate the most normal looking thing I could ( rice and veggies). the whole time we were there we felt like we weren't wanted. While we were paying for our food at the register on our way out next to the bar. A man got up that was sitting down and bumped into my husbands shoulder as he walked outside to smoke a cigarette and said something in Spanish. Then everyone else looked at us in a very serious way/ We got really scared and left. The next day We noticed these people charged my credit card 3 times. I paid in total 84.37 for 1 nasty fajita. I live in Chicago I had to leave the next morning when I realized. Every time I call the lady tells me she only speaks Spanish and hangs up. My daughter speaks Spanish she called and the lady started speaking another language And hung up. It's incredible They advertisement looks great but there a bunch of crooks..
